Default Car running hot

So, after waiting two months for injectors, I was finally about to get the car tuned. But that doesn't look like it gonna happen so soon after all. The AEM says the coolant gets up to 105-107 degrees Celsius (about 225 fahrenheit). Tried to measure the temp in the radiator, and got about 82 degrees Celsius (about 180 Fahrenheit). I know the radiator isn't correct, but is the difference that big? I have changed the thermostat already. Can it be the ECT that is misreading? If it really is 105 C, then what could be the reason? If it matters both compression and leakdown test is done and showed fine numbers. Anyone?? I really need help so I can get the car finished!

A normal engine should be around 180-190* F.

When you changed the thermostat, did you bleed ALL of the air out?

Hi. Have tried to bleed some more now, and it actually looks quite normal now. So I hope that was the only problem. Thanks for your help
