Get your tires checked by a professional to rule them out. If the tires are fine...then take the car to the dealer and go from there.

Only at high RPMs? Or at high speeds too?

Does it happen under acceleration or at steady speed (but still high rpm)?

How many miles on your car?

A common problem on higher milage cars (60k+) are the inner CVs on the axle. The problem is more frequent on lowered cars. The symptoms are shaking under acceleration especially while cornering (such as an on-ramp).

Fix is either to replace the inner CV (only part that must be replaced...axle does not need to be replaced). OR you can swap the driver CV to the passenger side and vis versa...this gives your forward motion fresh surfaces to "push" against (note you would still get the shakes if you were to accelerate hard in reverse...hope that is not likely).
