car shaking.
i was driving last night on a convoy with my friends and then my friend who is at my back told me that my rear left wheel looks like its shaking a bit. its the second time that someone told me this. it seems that the wheel is not turning round properly and it has slight shaking on it.he tyhen ask me if my wheel has no damge cause it seems not round when running he said it looks a bit oblong its a term here that we use if a wheel is not perfectly round and if it has damage. but the thing is when i bought the wheel i had it checked, balanced and the wheel is ok! and also the first time someone told me about my rear left wheel shaking i was using a different set of rims. not the one im using right now. so i guess its not the wheel but the suspension component of the car.

If the left rear wheel is shaking, then focus on that problem. I still think the most likely issue is an out of balance or out of round wheel. With the wheel on the car and that corner jacked up, slowly rotate the wheel and carefully inspect the tire to make sure there are no bulges, blisters or bubbles on the tread. Use a good light source and be sure to inspect the inside sidewall and well as the tread surface and outer sidewall. If you see a deformity, that's a problem and you'll need to replace the tire (preferably in pairs). If that's not it, even though the wheel was recently balanced, remove it and have it checked again on a precision balance machine. It's pretty simple to do this and it will help you avoid unnecessary repairs if that is indeed the problem.
I doubt that a wheel bearing would cause the vibration symptom as described.
It doesn't matter what we call that control arm, this would be the first time that I've heard it to be the source of a vibration issue. If the joint is worn, by all means replace it, but please continue with the other diagnostics to pinpoint the vibration issue.

hi guys! i left my car at the honda dealership for inspection. based on thier inspection today they said that my upper and lower arm is ok and the rear tie rod is a bit wornd out. and also they tried to shake the wheel left and right up and down and it is shaking. they said it could be the wheel bearing or the wheel hub assembly... what do you guys think??? pls help me! thanks!!
any other thing that could cause this?? also i decided to replace the rear tie rod since its worn out. but the mecahnic said that the tie rod wont cause the wheel shaking.........

the rx-7 has a multi-link rear suspension, not a double wishbone rear.

The FC RX7 had multi-link and the FB RX7 had a live axle.
I'm not a S13/14 expert...but spending 10 min searching shows that the rear suspension links are not called tie rods by any of the sources I could find. They seem to be called "rear toe control links/arms"...and there is a "rear traction link/arm".
