Default car still making the same noise

Car is still making the same tick/tisk noise. Anyone else ever replace both TCT and adj. valves and still have it? Im completely lost on what else it could be, runs great, but just very loud. Ill get a video of it up later.

A loose oil cap between the engine and the firewall? I bought my car used and it developed a loose timing chain tensioner noise after a few weeks. Thanks to a search on this forum I found that a few people had the same problem caused by a oil cap between the engine and firewall. I looked and sure enough I found a loose oil cap. I fished it out with a coat hanger and the noise was gone. I guess the previous owner dropped the oil cap and was too lazy to fish it out so they just bough a new cap.

Unplug the coil packs 1 at a time with it running. Noise gets quieter = scuffed bore = need new motor
