some more information to take note of and add to the list of symptoms here. I tried to get on it and go into vtec and I can hear the cams at 6k but there is NO power increase... if there is its not worth mentioning. Car is running horrible.

More stuff happening... as I leave work to go pick up some tasty Japanese food my CEL starts blinking. The CEL has been on for some time now due to a bad secondary o2 sensor but Ive never seen it blinking. Anyways it flashed a couple times on the way to the resturaunt but when I got back in the car it didnt flash anymore. So does that mean it has a new code on the computer or what?

Got CEL codes pulled and they are...
P1399 Manufacturer Contrl Ignition system or misfire
p0300 Random Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
p0301 Cylinder 1 Misfire Detected
p0302 Cylinder 2 Misfire Detected
P0304 Cylinder 4 Misfire Detected

I ordered some NGK Plugs last night and they are here today. The guy told me the plugs and or wires are bad and should be replaced as I am tonight. Will I be ok to drive this thing home?

Ok, so I installed the NGK plugs and the car is purrrrrring now. However the reason my older plugs fouled is due to a rather large amount of oil on the plugs. Where should I look for leaks? I am sure the valve cover gasket would be the 1st place to check maybe but... where else?
