Car Wont Shift Into Any Gear
So I am finishing up a project of mine and finally got the car running. No issues there. Clutch/brakes have been bled everything feels pretty nice. I go to pull the car out of the garage and the car will not shift into any gear at all. With the engine off there are no issues. I have tested starting the car in first just to see if the car jumps from the clutch being engaged and in gear which it does. I am at a loss for what's causing the issues? It seems almost the clutch is not fully engaging. Shifting into first the car slowly moves then it feels like there is a wall preventing the car from going into gear. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your clutch is not fully disengaging when you step on the clutch pedal. You state that you have bled the clutch so I assume that the hydraulic lines are okay (you closed the bleed screw, yeah?).
It is possible there is an issue with the clutch release fork or pressure plate. Are you able to go under the car and watch the slave cylinder move when someone depresses the clutch pedal?
Your issue is mechanical and should not be too difficult to pin down.

Take off the clutch slave cylinder and place it in a big clamp that will hold it all the way in.
Now bleed the clutch system, and you will see that there is more air in there than you though.
