i'm not doubting you, just curious.
I hooked up the honda scanner, went through the diagnostic tests and it basically narrowed it down to the immobilizer reciever. Put the new reciever in, good as new.

Update:

Just picked it up from the dealers.

Turned out that some wiring had burnt out.

All sorted now (thank god!)

Weird that wiring would "burn out" Hope it wasn't too big of a bill.
