So Long story short...
I took the S2000 to the Canyon last night and after I got to the top. Good amount of coolant started to spill from the overflow tank. Found out I needed a new Radiator cap. I left the car cool down for 30 mins. After that, I tried to start the car and it wouldn't start. It didn't even crank, I can hear the relay on the start button was working. I ended up having my friends to help me push start the car. When I got home, I tried to start the car again in the parking lot. It wasn't working as well.
Any idea what could be the issue? Maybe the Starter decided to give out at that time?
Any suggestion is appreciated. Thanks Everyone!

If it push started, and you could hear relay click on trying to start, then it has to be starter or starter relay.

Battery is fine, I tried to jump start the car, and it still not working. I am just surprise that the starter went out without any sign. Do you guys know where is the starter relay located?
