Default Car won't start, flooded with gas (FIXED)

I hope you guys can help me with this one. The car won't start and its getting flooded with gas that its coming out of the testpipe, lots of it.

The car cranks but it won't start. The car did start this morning, all I did was jack up the car and remove the air pump by the fender since I have the air pump delete kit installed a few hundred miles ago.
Fuel gauge read two bars but dissappeared after 3-4 tries of cranking it. I must've put 2-3 gallons in the tank but it still reads empty.

A few things I noticed that I'm not sure if related to the problem, the idler pulley is making ticking noise lately, I dont know if this could cause the engine to not turn.

Someone suggested that one of the injector is stuck open, how can I get it unstuck. Also, I read that I could pull the fuse on the fuel pump to stop the car from pushing more fuel into the engine. Where can I find the fuse for this?

Can pushing the car to jump start it help?

you got to start with drying the cylinders, remove the plugs and dry them. Check your oil too much gas in the oil, your motor won't like it. See if you have spark. Check that all the lines and things you touched are plugged.

what do you mean fuel is coming out of the test pipe? you probably wet fouled the plugs so its not gonna get a spark. you can get new plugs or dry those plugs and clean them.

Thanks for everyones input, I appreciate all the help I can get.

This morning this is what I did...

Unclipped the 4 injector clips and started it up. At the end of cranking it for 4-5 seconds it started for a split second.
Clipped it all back. Cranked it for a few seconds but did not start.

Removed, cleaned, dried off the sparkplugs. An hour later, installed them back and clipped all the injector clips. Crank it for a few but did not start.
Unclipped the 4 injector clips and it actually started for a few seconds... then died.

Tried it for a few more times clipping and unclipping, one at a time, all at once... it would start only if they are unclipped but only for a little bit, obviously. What can I do next besides pulling the plugs again?

I took a couple of pictures, not sure if its relevant.

The bolt circled below was missing when I opened the valve cover.

The spark plugs below looked pretty good except for one.

I unclipped the wires running the injectors (see red circles below).
Any significance of the plug on cyl #4?

think its still flooded. take out the spark plugs and let it sit for about a day. a hour or 2 wont be enough to evaporate that much gas with such a small opening.

You had fuel flooding or it just won't start? What did you use to clean it?
I doubt that is the problem since I am able to start it with the 4 injectors unclipped.
