Okay, so my car will only start with my obd scanner hooked up to it. Does anyone have any suggestions? We've checked all the grounds and etc... not sure what it is. I'd appreciate any help at all.

I know this one. Mine did this right after I replaced the shortblock in my car and it wouldnt start. Then all of a sudden it would start with the scanner plugged into the OBD port. There is a ground wire on the back of the head that is kinda hard to get to. We forgot to tighten this down. Its the main ground for the ECU, and when you plug the scanner in, it makes a ground for the ECU and lets the car start. This ground is the G101 main ground wire. You can look it up more if you cant get to it. I had to use a ratcheting wrench, and just go by feel when tightening it.
