Default High RPM re-acceleration issue

car MY03 ap1 AEM and S2 stg2 cams, invidia test pipe OEM exhaust.

When I'm in high rpms and depress the accelerator the engine will make a lot of noise, (hard engine breaking of course) but re engaging the speed feels kinda rough when stepping back on the gas.

Is it due the hi profile cams reengaging vtec?
is it due to a poor map setup in high rpms?
is it due to excessive back flow in the OEM exhaust?

I bought the car like this so, is it also happen in stock s2k?

thank you

Did you have any tuning done after the cams? Or do you have any tuning aids?
