car wont turn over?
wondering if someone can help me. Today it was raining pretty bad and i went through a big puddle with my cold air intake but i never gave it gas through it. as i went through the puddle the car just shut off. it wont even turn over. anyone know what the problem can be? any help would be greatly appriciated.

too much compression in the cylinders, its hydrolocked most likely. If it was my car i would pull the engine remove both manifolds and spark plugs and turrn the crank pully to try and flush it out....

you dont have to pull the engine and manifolds. just take out the spark plugs. crank the engine over and it'll shoot the water right out. squirt a lil bit of oil in there so the rings don't get rust as you let the cylinders air dry.
once dry, put the plugs back in and start her up. then listen carefully for rod knock/piston slap.
this is, of course, if the OP actually did hydrolocked the engine.
