Hello guys I've had 3 S2000 and on all 3 my second gear has gone out. They all have been early model AP1.

I finally have gotten fed up with this one of the S2000 it was my brother power shifting that broke it.

I am sending out a brand new OEM synchro to a local machine shop to have them made.

Wish me luck or save me money if someone already makes one.

 

Don't power shift.

 

No carbon syncro is going to have any better friction than brass to slow a gear when powershifting.

 

can you teach me how to double clutch?
