Default carbon Synchro's?

i need a definitive answer please. Its an 05 model with an AP1 chassis number because its the 2.0 version, but did this model come with the engine and gearbox changes like the AP2 2.2 version
eg the heavier fly wheel,CF synchro's and clutch delay release valve etc

CF synchros I am sure made it in all car after late 2003 for the 2004 model year in all markets. The current replacements part for the earlier transmission have the updated CF synchros.

I would tell if I could see the clutch slave cylinder if it was the updated part of not. The fly wheel I have not clue.

The FW depends on the F20 / F22 engine, not gearbox.
F20 = "light"
F22 = "heavy"
