Default Cat converter question

This may sound dumb, but does our cat kinda act like back pressure? Are our cats considered high flow cats?

no, i think with a full exhaust and test pipe you only gain a few HP. our cats are metal cats unlike conventional ceramic cats that didnt flow too well.
