Recent changes include:

New auto-tensioner ~ 500-1000 miles ago

Sudden change in temperature and humidity

I need to figure where the possible causes are. I need immediate help as this is my daily driver!!! Thank you.

Flip your coil packs around, double check the gap on the plugs and their condition and torque (18 lb/ft), throw in some fuel injector cleaning concentrate, reset the ECU and see what happens. You're still "OK" till the CEL blinks.

Gonna retorque the plugs and switch the coils first. Really hoping its not the injectors like many people had problems with.

ok switched the coils around, re-torqued the plugs, reset the ECU and the CEL dissapeared. Took it for an hour test drive and everything seems normal. Hopefully it will stay that way.

SIIK2NR, shouldn't the gap be OK?? what would cause the gap to get bigger or smaller than the original gap.

They should be fine if you replaced them with OEM plugs.

Please clarify ............................
When you say the "original" gap, do you mean the way they came out of the box? Did you confirm the gap before you put them in? You can't always rely upon the gap being correct as they come out of the box.

It's "probably" OK, but with dealer techs, you just never know. I checked 4 cars immediately after the spark plug recall. The gaps were not all consistent and on all 4 cars, the torque they put the plugs in varied from about 10 all the way up to as high as 42. This was not confidence inspiring.

I also did a torque check after the TSB was performed since it was the reason to get the TSB done (well, i was also enjoying the fact that my plugs were free). Torque was correct, however i did not check the gap.

How accurate does torquing has to be??? i torqued my plugs to ~ 20 ft lb
