Got a CEL code PO141 today at the track. O2 sensor heater circuit malfunction(Bank 1 Sensor2). Tried clearing it but it came right back on when I started up. How important is this circuit and how do I fix it. Car runs fine. Anyone familiar with this problem ?

Search on "P0141".

 

needs new 02 sensor....99.9% sure, unless you have rats that ate your wiring...iv'e seen it!

did you pull it out? Was it physically damaged? If yes, then your cat's internals disintegrated and got blown out by the exhaust gas flow. They're in your exhaust somewhere, clogging things up.
