EDIT: Throwing misfires on all cylinders, and i JUST changed plugs about 2 weeks ago because of the same issue. theres no way i could have burned out the plugs already? Codes: p0301,02,03,04 and p0300 and p 1399. AWESOME. exact same as before i changed plugs... ideas?

(dont know if it has anything to do with it, but if i tap the gas when its parked it sprays black crap out the exhaust, but i have a testpipe etc, and it doesnt smell like oil, just like dirty water, and its not a ton plus it rinses off with a spray of water)

also, for the seals (i said there was some oil around the threads and you said i may need a seal), is it #2 here? and which plugs should i get? the NGK or Denso (also on this link)

billman, if you come by this thread again i saw where you asked people to use freezeframe data to show information to help find the problem source? i have the scanner to do that with if you can tell me what i need to do, thanks.

TROUB CODE - P0301
ABSLT TPS(%) - 18.8
ENG SPEED(RPM) - 7622
CALC LOAD(%) - 47.5
MAP("HG) - 14.2
COOLANT(F) - 183
IAT(F) - 108
ST FTRM1(%) - 0.0
LT FTRM1(%) - (-7.0)
VEH SPEED(MPH) - 57
FUEL SYS 1 - OPEN1
FUEL SYS 2 - N/A

The exact data the OBD2 scanner gave me

Right of the bat, your LT FTRM (Long term fuel trim) is negative. This indicates a rich condition.

I assume your scanner can do datastream. Get the car warm by driving it for a few minutes.

Pull up data, and let me know what thwe SHORT term and long term trim reads at idle.

No. Not freeze data. The freeze data has helped me. We at least know it's rich. you dont have a really dirty air filter right?

Rich=too much fuel, or not enough air. You could have a mis-scaled MAP sensor, or mis-scaled O2.

You need to pull up LIVE data...you will see fluctuating numbers. Your scanner may not support live data.

I remember when i bought my little scanner. They started at $550 for a scanner that can read live data.

mine has a thing that scans every second and you can review it frame by frame... shows same data but on a second by second basis? that work?

also, i JUST put my new K&N fipk on last night, im pretty sure the filter is clean lol, got it due to rain.

Yes thats it.

Read the trim at idle, warm engine. post the average. It may fluctuate from 2% to 5%, or 15% to 20%.

Car is running super rich.

Now we will do what I call "proving trim". Unplug an active vac line (one that it constantly sucking air) and see if the trim stabilizes to around 0.0 trim, or a positive number.
