CEL on hard accel?
one of the little ones on top of the intake manifold. Very easy. try not to unplug the one going to the fuel pressure regulator. Maybe one of the ones for the AIR system. by the air cleaner.

ok so ill just go unplug the one closest to the radiator on top of the intake manifold. so what exactly does this do? just unplug and see what the readings average?
It has to be hissing constant air. If not plug it back in and try another.
This proves the engine is suffering a rich condition. You may have injectors that are not sealing in the off position.
you trim numbers will be around 0, or a little positive, when the car is right.

oh wowww... ok so the second tube sounds like its trying to suck like a vacuum cleaner, if i disconnect it, the car revs up to about 2900 rpms, and the ST FTRM1 drops down to 0.0, then the car drops back down to idle, trim goes back up, then it will rev back to around 2900 and it keeps doing it... also the car is smoking alot, but i think its just the cold. so what next?
RPMS- 2981
ST FTRM1 - 0.0
LT FTRM1- -7.0 still

This is where fixing a car over the web gets hard.
You need to give the car a tiny vac leak. Just to add a pinch of extra air to the mixture. Try to get it to idle while doing so. Even if you have to block off part of the vac line. See if the trim goes up.

so pull the vac line i used before, and just set it beside where it connects? then use a razor blade or something to allow more or less air between them and see if it idles? (ill have to do it after class...)
