CEL help please
Body shop said this is why my CEL is on (after accident):
P0410- Air Pump
P0340- Cam Sensor
P0122- Throttle Position Sensor
*All these codes revert back to the air pump, per Honda.
Does this mean if I replace the air pump, it will fix all the rest? They also claim that it wasn't accident related even though it was. The light wasn't on before, I crashed, then the light came on. I know it's accident related. Anyway, I also have a CAI installed, but I've had it on for 3.5yrs with no CEL. Service king said it was my map sensor giving the CEL.

OK...IMHO:
Someone at the repair place revved the hell out of the car. This swamps the Secondary Air Control System (P0410). Normally this circuit adjusts to compensate for warm up before the Cat comes up to temp. This reduces emissions. If one revs and revs and revs then the SAE specified code is both hard and soft set by OBD-II. The other two codes most likely are secondary. You have the code history. If it were me I would reset the ECM and find out if the codes are real or were induced by abuse of the emission system.
Reset:
1)Turn the ignition key off
2)Remove the No. 25 BACK UP fuse (7.5 A) from the under fuse relay box for 10 seconds.
Note this fuse box is on the drivers side under the dash.

I wouldn't have said it if I didn't know it were true
. I have seen this on more then one car. When I was Moderator for Under the Hood it came up several times over the years. You may find some old posts by searching on the trouble codes..........

Sorry to hear that! Each of the three codes has a different troubleshoot in the Helm Manual. I can't see your dealer is correct but it may be best to let them find out the root of the problem then determine the cause. Your other choice is getting a Helm Manual and doing it yourself.

I wouldn't mind doing it myself, but then what's the point of paying insurance? They sure as hell raised my premiums so I'm just pissed that I would have to pay money out of my pocket to fix an accident-caused CEL
