First I don't know if its a good thing but i feel better to see im not the only one with the same issue lol.
I dont know the Code or parts number yet. I waited for the the dealer to call me to see what Honda told them but my phone never rang. So im gonna stop by today after work to see what up and get the code and parts number. they did show me what part was bad under the hood i will post a pic later tho. They tested that part and told something about it setting off high voltage that how they know its bad.
whiteflash please post info on the OmniPower TPS DIY if you can i would like to know more about it.

Ah, that is a DBW specific part!
Honda calls it the "Accelerator Sensor." As opposed to the throttle position sensor which is on the throttle body.
The assembly itself, part #2, is sold by Majestic for $107.23.
Without a shop manual for DBW cars, I can't tell how difficult it is to replace - but it looks fairly simple. Also with a shop manual, there's probably some electrical trouble-shooting steps to take to determine if the part is generating the proper signals for the accelerator positioning.

Ok update that the right Part. they called honda they going to have one for me by nov 3rd i guess that not too bad better then dec 7. I just hope the fixes the issue and nothing else goes wrong or needs to be replaced.
The accelerator box is a very odd part to have break. We have several DBW cars here and there are zero issues and quite a few benefits.
Some have had VSA issues with a wheel sensor that resulted from user error and/or dirt. Have you/someone else washed your engine bay with a pressure hose maybe?
You may want to tighten your throttle cable while you're in there.

the black box in the red outline is the part i need

That sensor outlined is not the TPS. What is it and how much did they charge you for the part?
Guys sorry for the late reply s2ki didnt show that i had new reply on my post. C32b I didnt get the code from the dealer even tho i should have. they want 150 for the part and 200 labor. I didnt pay yet but the bill is about 380 with tax. and it was the Accelerator Sensor that went bad it was my mistake calling it the tps.
boofster that the same thing the dealer told me. I clean the Wheel sensor and put in new brake pads in as well Since i need to anyways and i still had the same issue. Also i clean under the hood myself with a wet towel i never pressure wash it. and i checked the cable too.
