p0411 is a vacuum hose problem. locate your vacuum hoses. find the white checkvalve and pull it out. reverse it and put it back on.

that worked for me

p0410 is the CEL for the air pump, i believe. i have not had that one yet but i will get it tomorrow after i yank my pump!

interesting. well i had the code ever since i bough my car and guess what it does not even have the air pump system. so hopefully this weekend i can install my new air pump on and get rid of the annoy cel.
i put on the pump and install all new hoses. and rested the ecu. NO MORE CEL so happy! well worth the 2hrs

nice. may be a dumb ? but which hose goes where on the air pump. does it matter?

both hoses are the same size...

Is there anyway to just take this thing off?

Does japan have this setup in the s2000s over there, or is this an american specific thing?

I took mines to the honda dealer looked at it and said they could take it back to check it........which usually means 89 bucks........took it to my buddys house with a s2k and compared hoses figured two of them were connected at the wrong place........and no more cel.

Can someone tell me where the Vacum contral valve is located at and also where to find that air pump that billman has on the top of the page?
I might be having that problem... Thanks
