Well I just had the code and looked at your picture and noticed where those two line right above it are, one of mine was disconnected....so I'm hoping that is my resolution

Got a question: If I have this code, and say the pump is cracked or what not. Could that be explaining why my Catalytic converter sounds like it has rocks in it now and why Vtec isn't engaging?

I just put on a cold air and a day after, I got the P0411 code and I smell burning plastic too. Help?
I cleared the code and drove for a good bit and the code is still gone.

I purchased a used 2003 s2k which has an invida exhaust and aftermarket cold air intake. Check engine light came on. smelled burning plastic. Took it to King Motorsports in Waukesha, WI. They replaced the air pump. It looks just like the one in this post. Melted on the edge and seized. Installed a new pump. Now 1 month later I'm having the same error code. I suspect it is the same issue. Why am I burning up air pumps. Any advice is much appreciated. This is frustrating and expensive.

Mine MY00 looks the same. Is there a cap or filter missing and can you get it with buying the whole Air Control valve.
