Default CEL P1399 and P0301

the history: well a few weeks ago CEL pops up on cyl 1 we pulled out the sparkplug and it was pretty brown lookin compared to the other ones. so i bought a new set of plugs but i gapped em wrong and had misfire on all cylinders i fixed the gaps everythings swell till today...

just left pho turned the car on it started a lil weird like a confused idle goin real low and then goin to 1k. drove it for a few miles then at stop light CEL pops up took it to autozone right after pulled codes P1399(manufactor controled ignition system or misfire) and P0301( misfire cylinder 1) . ima pull the plug when car cools down hopefully theirs nothing wrong and honda better cover it if its wrong. i wasnt abusing it or racing. cuz last year i misshifted and caused a valve float and the warrenty didnt covering since it was my fault and honda charged me 1700$ just to pull the head to see what was wrong and then total cost was 2800$ to replace valves and catalitic converter. so i learned the hard way any help would be much appreciated

When you pull the plug could you take a picture and share?

Sounds like a basic misfire code, I have had both of those pop up before.

Have you checked your compression? Torque the plug correctly? Try using some dielectric grease to help things along?

And do you have an extended warranty? Otherwise why should Honda cover this?
If you don't have an extended warranty I would ask why you are going to Honda who is going to overcharge you for work that every other shop is qualified to do.

If you have the Honda extended warranty just take it in and let them take care of it. No sense in messing with something that might cause them to refuse you.

67902 miles. honda is tellin me that they have to pull the head to find out what is wrong. so we waiting on the ok from my extended warranty people to say they will cover it. im thinkin they gonna try to blame it on me for like a misshift or something of that sort but i know i havent been driving stupid or careless to misshift like i did in the past and learned the hard expensive way. but hopefully its not gonna be a he said/she said thing or ill lose i wouldnt know how to defend myself.

anyone know a good mech. in the san diego area that could maybe take this problem and work with me if honda tryin to pull something. or should i take it to another honda dealership?
