If it's a P0420, your test pipe is the cause.
Will try to get the code pulled soon. It wont do any harm to run the car with the light on for now, right?

Usually you can continue to drive normally. But, there are exceptions to every rule. If the code is a P1259 for a VTEC failure, due to you having only 1 quart of oil in the motor You'd be pissed if someone said it was OK to drive. ( has happened before)

If it's not running like crap, running hot, and the oil is full, Drive normally untill you get the code to be certain.

Thanks slow you're the best!! BTW - The car is running great. Really, better than ever. None of the symptoms you just mentioned.
