Default 4th gear

hey guys, i have a problem with my 4th gear. it shakes, vibrates really crazy in high rpm(7~9) during high speed but when im driving normal it's perfectly fine. previously i had problems with my 4th gear grinding in high rpms during high speed. but now it doesn't grind, but shakes. it feels like its gonna pop out of gear anytime soon in those rpm range. ive takin it to the dealer and they said they can't get it up to those speeds to duplicate the problem. ive tried explaining it to them but they always come out with their "this and that." after arguing with the tech he said lets go test drive it. hes in there telling me "oh ive been in the fields for 30 years and i know how a trans feel if there is a problem." stating that, he drives it normal(take it up to 5 grand shift..... and again..) and im telling him it feels normal during those speeds and rpm. all he keeps on saying is its fine. honda built this car for tracks and you will feel all kinds of vibration, on and on.....
never got it resolved. thanks.
