to guys with test/striaght pipes do u guys have your CEL on all the time or how do u bypass the 02 censor or what im confused

what i did was to take the cat out, take the sensor hole out and stick it to the pipe, than put the pipe and stabilize, than put the sensor in it's place. Works perfect, no cel, nothing.

 

The mechanical O2 sensor mod works. Buy the anti-foul plug adapters and drill one of them out 1/2 inch.

Put the two of them together screw the sensor into it, then put them in the straight pipe.

No CELs and I've beat on it hard for over two weeks.

I can take pictures of the install if it helps anyone

 

yes the mechanical 02 mod does work...I posted it and have had it done for over a year now...still no CEL and over 12000 miles

 

So how much power do you gain from removing your cat?

ok so i drilled a hole is the straight pipe and did everything i was supposed and i reset the ecu and it stayed off for like 10 miles and then clicked back on whats next?
