Arrow CEL went on

I was driving shifted into second gear and it poped out but I hit the gas pedal and just reved the engine. I didnt over rev, but it went up to about 7,000 rpms I think. After That happened, about a minute later the CEL turned on. I drove right over to AutoZone and the code is P0325. It is the P0325 2 - 3 --------------- Knock Sensor (KS) Circuit malfunction. I dont know what that means? Before I got my Cel code pulled, I found it hard to start from a stop.(it hardly accelerated under 3k rpms) But after we did that it seemed fine on the way home and it ran it vtec perfect? The only mod I have is centerforce clutch and everything else is stock. Any help is really appreciated. Thanks dave

Check out pictures below..... found possible problem

The knock sensor is under the intake manifold. It can be easily broken when accessing the starter.

DTC P0325: Knock Sensor Circuit Malfunction

Reset the ECM. Start the engine. Hold the engine at 3,000 rpm with no load (in neutral) until the radiator fan comes on, then let it idle.
Hold the engine at 3,000 - 4,000 rpm for 10 seconds . Is DTC P0325 indicated? YES - Go to step 4. NO - Intermittent failure, system is OK at this time. Check for poor connections or loose terminals at the knock sensor and at the ECM. Turn the ignition switch OFF. From underneath the vehicle, reach above the front of the starter motor, and disconnect the knock sensor 1P connector. Disconnect ECM connector C (31P), then check for continuity between ECM connector terminals C22 and body ground. Is there continuity? YES - Repair short in the wire between ECM (C22) and the knock sensor. NO - Go to step 7. Connect knock sensor connector terminal No.1 to body ground with a jumper wire. Check for continuity between ECM connector terminal C22 and body ground. Is there continuity ? YES - Go to step 9. NO - Repair open in the wire between the ECM (C22) and the knock sensor. Substitute a known-good knock sensor and recheck. Is DTC P0325 indicated? YES - Substitute a known-good ECM and recheck. If symptom/indication goes away replace the original ECM. NO - Replace the original knock sensor. (Helm courtesy of hondamanwill)

If a clutch was done, it is very likely the knock sensor was cracked. It's very common.

That's the TPS sensor, and the chewed wiring is a problem. It's not related to the P0325 or the knock sensor. If the wiring to the knock sensor is chewed, that is a problem.

Where is the knock sensor wire so I can check that out also? Is it easy to see? If that wire is chewed would that be the reason for the knock sensor P0325 ?

It's not easy to see or reach. Look under the intake manifold, near the center of the block.

It's at the empty bolt hole above the thermostat housing.
