Default changed fuel injector, some fuel leaked

So i changed 1 fuel injector because it went bad. Some fuel spilled out of the fuel rail. It wasn't much but I did not have a cloth to cover the area so its on the out of block and other engine parts. should i go ahead and clean the engine bay or just drive without?

Wash it down with a garden hose before you get the engine hot.

DO NOT use engine degreaser, esp Gunk brand. The car will smell like a garbage can for months. I'll second the hose (low pressure) and a little car wash if you like.
