My car will be comming out of storage soon and Im planning on changing all the fluids. This is my list.

Engine Oil: 4.8L Mobil 1 10W30
Oil Filter: Honda OEM
Transmission Fluid: 1.5L GM Syncromech MTF

Differential Fluid: 1.75L 80W90 ??
Engine Coolant: 6.5L ??
Clutch and Brake Fluid: Dot 3 or 4 ??

Id just like to know what you are using for Diff Fluid, Coolant, and brake fluid(dot 3 or 4?)...

Coolant: Factory premix, no tap water
Dot 4 for the brakes(brake fluid strips paint, be careful)
Diff: not sure what the heavy favorite is.

I recommend:

75W90 GL-5 Mobil 1 synthetic gear oil.
Honda Type-II pre-mix coolant OL999-9001
Honda DOT-3 brake fluid 08798-9008

Engine oil (with filter change) - you'd better be looking at closer to 5.2 L.
Tranny fluid - GM stuff is OK but it has been said it doesn't last as long as the Honda stuff. It has also been said that an overfill of 200-300 cc is not a bad idea as the pick up tube inside the tranny is somewhat high.
Diff fluid - As Destiny said - 75W90
Engine coolant - as you have an '01, the first coolant change/flush is at 10 years or 192,000 km. Why mess with a good thing?
Clutch fluid - there is no set interval for this change. Have a look at it first before doing it. If it's been working well and the fluid does not indicate any contamination, just leave it. People have reported that it is not always easy to bleed this system. But I suppose if you're going to pay a pro to do it, then go ahead but will most likely be unnecessary.

Thanks for everyone's replies.

This is the final list then

Engine Oil: 4.8L Mobil 1 10W30
Oil Filter: Honda OEM
Transmission Fluid: 1.5L Honda MTF
Differential Fluid: 1.75L 75W90 Mobil 1 Synthetic
Engine Coolant: 6.5L Honda Premixed Antifreeze/Coolant
Clutch and Brake Fluid: Honda Dot 3 Hydraulic Fluid

xviper, I think I will stick to the Honda MTF fluid for the tranny. My car is a 01 and my transmission is flawless. No problems with 2nd gear grinding or nochiness etc...so really there is no need for the GM stuff.

Engine Coolant/Antifreeze, I never believed that interval of 10years/192k. Same goes with platinum spark plugs. Change them at 160k?? (some manufacturers). Coolant is cheap and its very easy to change, so why not?

Clutch/Brake fluid - Usually a very good idea to do after taking a car out of storage. Some moisture can build up in the system over time, more so if the car has been sitting.

Reason why I want to do all of this?...cuz I enjoy working on my car. All of this work is very very easy to do and shouldnt take more than a few hours to do. Ive stored cars before and this is just normal spring practice for me.

Couple more weeks till spring and then

Cheers!!

I think your quantity is off on the Diff... should be less than 1 Qt.

You'll only need 1 bottle. It's about 0.8L
