changing out injectors

take the gas cap off to relieve pressure. its better than nothing, though there will be some fuel left over in the rail.
get yourself some rubber gloves. pull off the fuel rail cover, and the pcv line that runs over it. there are 3 10mm nuts and 2 10mm bolts that come off first. the nuts are on the rail and the bolts are mounted into the intake manifold. im doing this in my head but i think thats it really. you should have enough room to bend back the rail and leave the FPR and the pulsation dampener in place, but i dont remember. once you get the rail out, take out one injector on one end and let all the fuel drain out that hole into a rag. then pull the rest.
when putting in new injectors, take the time to clean everything up real nice and use vaseline to lube up the new o-rings.
