Yes. You sound like you are new to cars since you dont really know what to do when a check light comes on. Go get it scanned at auto zone or advance auto. Come back with the codes and let us know. EPS is the electronic power steering. Your steering wheel is probably hard to turn now huh? You probably bought someones problem since you only had it for a month. Get those codes and come back here

My CEL code is P0303. Cylinder 3 misfire. My friend who also owns a s2000 told me to change the sparkplugs and i did. But the CEL is still on.

Change the coil to a different cylinder and see if the code changes to that cylinder

That, or it could use a valve adjustment, but yes injectors is more likely.

Just drove it around for an hour now after replacing the spark plug for cylinder 3 and clearing the CEL. Waiting for the CEL to pop back up, if it does then its obviously not the spark plugs. And i notice VTEC doesn't feel right, or sound loud as it was before. Could changing the spark plug stop VTEC from "working" properly?

Clear the check light. Switch coil #3 with one of your other coils. Then just drive around until it comes back on. If the check lighr comes back on, see if its still #3, or the one that you switched with. Obviously if its misfiring from another cylinder, then its the coil.
