Default Clank when I brake

I've only heard this noise twice and both times was when I get off the expressway and brake and I hear a screech like noise with a clank and almost feel something underneath the car move, and then when I accelerate there's that screech but softer and then a softer screech once again when I brake until it goes away rather quickly and suggestions? Thanks people and it's a 03' with 53,000 miles on it one previous owner before me but got the car with 900 miles on it so i'm the main driver

Exhaust hangers?
Shock absorbers?
Engine & transmission mounts?
Diff mounts?
Worn brake pads - that does not explain noise at acceleration though.

i've heard a clank a couple times when i brake hard.

couldn't figure what it could possibly be, so i just said fug it.

if i don't hear it consistently, i'll pretend i never heard it.
