Default click noise during acceleration

Just recently I have been hearing a click noise coming from the passenger side rear during accleration. Its just a single click noise while starting from a stop but it does it everytime. I thought it might have something to do with the suspension, I have comptech coilovers and I have beed tinkering with the ride height lately but they never made noise before. I also just had gears done a couple weeks ago but I don't think its coming from the differential area.
Any opinons on what it might be?

Do a search on this website and you should find some info.

This happened to me a few months back and it turned out to be a rear axle nut. They replaced it under warranty ($3.95 part + labor) for free.

I'm sorry I didn't find it on the search the first time. I got it now.
Thanks
