Default clicking clutch

I just started getting this clicking in my clutch pedal. It's when I first drive the car, and when it's in lower gears, mostly first and second. Right after I let go of clutch, point where there is no more pressure, the pedal kind of clicks. Anybody know why this is?

Possibly a release bearing. One other forum member has reported that he is getting this repaired at the dealer and another Calgary member has indicated that his is starting to make a noise too. One of our local members is a Honda mechanic and checked the car and has said that it is most likely a noisey release bearing but not a real concern till it makes a consistent noise. If yours is, you should go get it checked out. I believe it's a warranty thing.

Is the release bearing and the throwout bearing the same thing? I had my clutch tsb done and since then my clutch clicks similar to how DJSang is describing it. I can be in reverse or 1st and moving slowly engage and disengage the clutch and it clicks. At first I thought that it must have been the problem with the diff needing to be re-torqued and staked but I definitely hear the noise coming from the front end.

BTW when I had the TSB carried out I didnt replace the throwout bearing or the press plate just the friction plate. Or was it the press plate and not the friction plate
