Default Clicking when turning

my 03 does a high pitched clicking (not clunking) when i turn right. It get progressively louder as i put in more steering. It also click relative to speed (prob once per wheel revolution). It seems like its coming from the front, though i could be wrong.

If this was a fwd car, i'd assume its the CV joint, but since we dont have one... i'm at a loss.

This ONLY happens when turning, so i assume its front wheel related. Anyone have a similar noise?

if the rear CV joint is clicking, it should ALWAYS be clicking right? not just during turning?
