Default Clock springs

Just trying to find some info on this but can't seem to get anything. Are the clock springs for our cars interchangeable between years or are they specific for each year? Also, Will the right hand drive ones work on the left hand drive?

Cheers.

A "safe" bet would be a no due to different part numbers:

2008 reel assembly - 77900-S2A-A51

2002 reel assembly - 77900-S2A-A01

2005 reel assembly - 77900-S2A-A02

RHD has different part number as well, doesn't mean it wont fit though.
2002 RHD - 77900-S84-G01

Now I'm stumped. I've talked to two sellers and one said yeah it'll fit and the other is saying he's not sure.
