Would you guys know when we transition from closed to open loop? Is it only at WOT, or does it happen earlier (e.g. 75%? 90%?)

In fact, if you guys know the specific voltage at the throt. pos'n. sensor when this transition, occurs, that would be great!

This was actually shared by RT thankfully.
He told me that when the rpm hits 5K, ECU will go with open loop from closed loop despite the throttle position.

 

Thanks Randy -- I talked to Ray (RT) and he also mentioned that pass 25% throttle it also switches to open loop...that's very surprising to me -- I thought it would be at least pass 50%!!

Anybody else able to confirm this?
