Clutch
I am new to the S2K community as I just bought my S a month ago. Its a 2005. On to the problem. My clutch is slipping. Dont know how long I will have before it goes but I dont want to wait long to pull the trigger on a new clutch.
I am a VERY spirited driver and probably very hard on the clutch. That being said I am looking for an after-market clutch that will last and contribute to my driving style. I am going to do track days as often as I can.
Price range is 700 or less. preferably less.
I haven't been able to find a good informative thread on this forum that explains the positives and negatives of the different types of clutches out there. Any help on the topic would be greatly appreciated.

If you try looking on ebay, there are always some good ones posted up on there that people had bought and didnt use for their build. Also in this for sale section of the forum, there are some used ones. As for which one would fit you clutch wise, I am not familiar enough with clutches to answer that one.

That is where you will learn / find out you do not need to be "hard on the clutch" to be fast.
In fact, it will probably work against you.

ACT pressure plate, OEM disk and either a light flywheel or OEM flywheel works pretty good with OEM power IMO.
