Default clutch break in period

I just bought and installed an SOS clutch kit and was wondering what the break in period would be. My friend said 700 total miles but I have looked on line and for some clutches it ranges from 500 CITY miles to no break in period at all. I have called SOS over the past few days but they haven't answered or responded 2 the email I sent them asking.

Was wondering how long I should wait and how I should drive it until it is broken in. My friend said not to rev over 5000 RPM or go very fast. I own an S2K and therefor it is a given that I drive the car like a crack-head lunatic who just stole a heavily modified FI car. I can't describe the temptation I have to push the car to its limits. It is a miracle I haven't gone into Vtec for an entire tank of gas. I want to drive the car but I also don't want to end up destroying my new clutch.

Any input on how to break the clutch in properly quickly would be greatly appreciated.

Never mind I just got an Email back from SOS literally 10 minutes after posting. I am sure they were just on a dyno or something. It was good news though

The instructions that came with my SOS clutch say 100 miles of normal city-type driving is required to break-in the clutch. Mine still has quite a bit of shudder from a standstill at 200 miles.
