Default clutch buzz

Sounds like its getting worse When I first had the car it only was heard on second gear and now its even on third when in decel. I know it has no harm but whats making it worse?? Does an 05 have a tsb, looks like its only on the ap1s right??

I am no expert, do you not still have a warranty cover with a MY05?
Should.

It never hurts to try but don't be surprised if you are told it is 'normal' and they decline to fix it. It is irritating but not near as bad on the newer models.

Many dealers consider the clutch to be a wear item and will not fix an "aesthetic" issue. I would certainly give it a try - just be sure to remain calm and reasonable. You may ask to escalate the issue to the service manager, but there are no guarantees that he/she will be more sympathetic than the service writer.

Good luck.

Clutches, tires and brakes are wear items. They are not covered by the 3yr/36K warranty.

All models after 01 have the improved disc installed. Whatever noise you are hearing is not the same as the 00-01 clutch buzz, which is distinctly louder than all the later clutches.
