clutch buzz

Default clutch buzz
can clutch buzz occur during idle, and also can this eventually lead to gear grinding in third, even at idle. i mean like real grinding, not missing it.

No.

It's only a noise heard under decel. It will not cause grinding while upshifting or a noise at idle. Your 02 already has the updated clutch disc.

sounds like you are having some actual tranny issues, maybe a main bearing? my s14 used to buzz/whine at idle and i was having a tranny bearing issue

replacing the tranny next week. and i'm actually excited to see what an s should drive like. thanks guys
