Default Clutch or Driveline Issues?

My 2002 has about 120K miles and ever since I bought the car last year, I have noticed that the car is not as smooth as other AP1s I've drivien. The other 2 I drove has roughly the same mileage, so I ruled out normal wear and tear.

What I noticed is that under clutch engagement in 1st, the driveline feels very loose, and when you decel (especially in 1st gear) you can feel the car kind of lunge forward. Almost sounds as if the clutch disc springs are very weak or even broken, or something in the driveline is loose. I also have a alot of clutch chatter under engament, and vibrations through the shifter/clutch pedal.

Some solutions from previous posts could be the following:

Replace Clutch kit/Flywheel. Previous owner claims he replaced about 20K miles ago. I may want to replace since I do not know who did the work, what parts, etc. But before I do, I want to rule out any other possible culprits.

Motor mounts- Checked them and they don't seem loose or cracked. Also there does not seem to be much play when engine is revved or rocked back and forth.

Transmission mount?

Other than those, I am not sure which way to go. As in the past with other issues, I am trying to avoid spending money on parts/labor for something that will not solve the problem. Anyone else had these same issues? Thanks in advance.
