Default Clutch Engadgement Question

My clutch used to always catch at the very top, I would just have to step on the pedal a little bit to engage it. Just today I noticed I have to basically push all the way down until it will catch.

Basically for about the 1st 1/4 of pushing the clutch in nothing happens at all, I can be cruising down the road and push it in 1/4 of the way and it doesn't even start to engage.

My question is how do I adjust the engagement point so it is back higher again? Also is my clutch nearing the end of its life?

Check your fluid in the clutch master cylinder reservoir, you're probably low and may have a leak. It's only around $75 for the part and quite easy to replace.

Hmmm. I've noticed this as well on my MY05 but thought it was my clutch going after 50k miles of spirited driving. I'll have someone check out my master cylinder resovior for leaks or a low fluid level.
