Default Clutch?? Flywheel??

Help, I had my car for about a year and my clutch is already slipping! My car has 8000 miles on it too? What do you think I should do? Buy a new clutch now? If now which clutch kit? and Flywheel? I need recommendations... I was thinking the spoon flywheel and the spoon clutch kit.

Thanks guys

Some owner on this board have the ACT pressure plate and OEM clutch disk combo and seems to be satisfied with it.
For the lightweight flywheel you can go with the comptech one, i already have this flywheel on my car and i'm very satisfied.

You may do a search for "moment of inertia". I don't completely understand this phenomenon, but because of it I plan to get the Toda flywheel. It's one of the lightest out there and, hey! it's a Toda.... this has something to do with how much mass is close to the center of rotation. I guess more mass toward the middle of the flywheel is better? Toda has this and it's a good thing in flywheels, I'm told. In any event, I'm going to drop dough on the Toda, so we shall see......

As for clutch, I plan on going with the clutchmasters stage I or III depending on whether or not I want to turbocharge my engine....

EDIT*

try this - some heavy reading

Does lighter flywheel affect low end torque?
I have been informed that the lighter the flywheel the less low end torque. The tradeoff is great throttle response.

What have you guys experience about this?
