Is the rod arm part of a new slave cyclinder or do I have to get a new one? The link mlc gave me for the rough clutch fix sounds a lot like the problem I have. So do I need a new rod or does it come with a new one when I buy the slave cyclinder?
Thanks for all your help guys.

You get everything, The whole cylinder + Rod arm when you get a new CMC. Pretty simple install also.

I also changed my MC, changed TF, and now my clutch is happy, but worn down...(OEM, maybe? 60K miles.. )

Just make sure that you grease that well even if it is new. I think most of the problem with it was becuase they didn't grease it well enough at the factory.

I bleed the cyclinder yesterday at the mechanics, now I'm waiting for the the MC and SC. I guess I'll try grinding down the ball arm.

Does any one have a pic of how the Dremel drill bite for the smoother looks like?

When the engine is off the shifter goes in with no problem. If the ball arm is rough shouldn't it also happen when the engine is off too?
