"clutch master system"
I took the car for a service at my local Honda, they said i need to change the clutch master system its leaking, i started to ask questions about this he said its not the clutch itself but a different unit all together so ive been searching around and haven't found anything by the name of "clutch master system" anyone care to explain this to me?

Clutch Master Cylinder
It is the unit your clutch pedal connects to. It is a cylinder and piston. Your pedal pushes the piston which forces clutch fluid out the cylinder, through the clutch line, to the slave cylinder. THe slave cylinder actuates the clutch.
The seals between the piston and cylinder eventually go. We used to hone the cylinder and replce seals but these days we just replace the whole unit.

Only picture I have:

You can see the grey reservoir cap of the clutch master cylinder to the left of the turbo downpipe.
