Default Clutch noise?

Noticed sat in traffic today, that in nuetral there is a whirring noise from the box with the clutch out. If I press the clutch in it goes away. Presume its just the flywheel?

Anyone else notice this?

I have noticed this. I sounds almost like a small electric motor running when the clutch is out and goes away when clutch pedal is pressed in.

I would also like to know what this is.

This is a normal sound for the S2000, it has to do with the clutch friction disc I believe.

Don't worry when you get the Vortec on you won't hear the clutch noise above the grinding and whistling noise of the SC!!
