You lube everything EXCEPT the clutch disk

Serious, on the fork its pivot point, the concave hole where the push rod goes and the fingers where it touches the throwout should al be lubed = lightly coated with grease.
The groove in the throwout needs to be filled with grease during clutch install.

The splines need to be cleaned & lubed during clutch install.

All pics are from a service manual.
The grease #41211 is IIRC the urea high temp grease.

wow! awesome thanks for your help.... im going to make an attempt. to grease the spline threw the clutch fork opening tomorrow hopefully to help it feel better...

awesome all i have to say is. I went out and got some lucas high temp grease. got a cheap hanger from my dry cleaning. and went to work i sat there taking my time applying as much grease into the very small located i have threw the slave cylinder clutch fork whole in the transmission.... this being said clutch is back to normal no need for a change.
