Clutch pedal wont go down

Default Clutch pedal wont go down

Ok so I swapped in a new motor today.. well yesterday now, got everything all set and no clutch pedal goes right to the floor.. Ok easy enough I forgot to bleed it, bleed it air comes out do it again more air and some fluid again fluid lil air so i do it once more and only fluid so ok cool thought id go fire this thing up finely.. nope damn pedal will not go down at all now, didnt wanna force it and break something so I called it a day.. guess my slave cyl is bad?

You sure everything was kosher during tranny/engine mating?

The slave is good. Sounds like something in the fork or pp is binding.

If i take the slave cyl off the fork moves freely back and forth , This is the way It should be? I dont understand how it would engage anything if so

I need help before I light this thing on fire and let it burn to the ground.... cant afford to take it to a shop.. all my money went into buing the engine

called the stealership and they couldnt even give me a round about price on what it would cost to change the clutch and all that.. told me it was 100 an hour for labor..

The fork should have a bit of back and forth play when the slave is not engaged.

When you mated it back up did you the clutch fork pulled out? It needs to be pulled out when the tranny is removed and re-installed then slid into the throw out bearing and into the pivot hanger.

Update:

Took the tranny back out and put the original bearing clutch and pp i had in it when it was running and working right and put her all back together and the pedal still is hard ass a damn rock.. I guess im going to haft to take it to a shop because i cant have it hanging out my friends garage like it is for to long or HOA will be having a fit..
